Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@levove.com with the following details:

A brief explanation of the reason (so we can improve!)
Please note: A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns to the original form of payment.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds to credit/debit cards are typically processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refunds to PayPal may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
